As March winds down, I am ready to embrace my version of April showers, in the form of a little month-long detox (focused on things like limited screen time, avoiding negative energy, clean(er) eating etc.). I’ll share the plan in a later post. When I think detox, I think about peaceful days at home on the Cape. Alice Plamer’s whimsical designs and cool origin story resonate with that vibe.
Alice Palmer & Co is an English homeware brand. Trained in interior design and having finished her first house project, Alice struggled to find lampshades she liked so decided to design and create lampshade covers and there the signature Box Pleat and Scrunchie style lampshades were born.
The lampshades were met with instant demand and the Alice Palmer & Co collection soon grew to include homeware and soft furnishings, each realised through Alice’s inimitable eye for character, texture and colour.
